I have read there are many people complaints about Arvixe hosting services in Webhosting forum like WebHostingTalk. I follow their threads and it seems they have big issues since May 2015. I’m quite shocked because as I know that Arvixe offer great service before EIG acquired their services. May people trust their business to them. But, what is going now? Truly, this is bad news. Arvixe going down right now!
Previously I also wrote about EIG acquisition, I only wrote short information about them and my analyze is correct that their service become worse. Truly, I’m also sorry to hear users’ bad experience about them.
Stick with them or Switch to Other Hosting Provider?
I would recommend you to switch to new hosting providers right away, please make sure you don’t choose companies that owned by EIG below. Here are some lists:

Stay away from this hosting provider! You will face same issues when you switch to them. There are many great hosting providers that you can try. I would personally recommend you to try ASPHostPortal.com, HostForLIFE.eu, UKWindowsHostASP.NET, DiscountASP, Liquidweb, DiscountService.biz, HostDime, WindowsASPNETHosting.in if you’re looking for Windows ASP.NET Hosting provider.
What you should do right now is backup all your files from their server, regardless if you’re hosting something important on Arvixe’s servers or not. You never know when you’ll need them, most especially when you’re hosting with an EIG-owned web host!
HUGE Complaints from Users!
Here are several complaints that I found on forums.
Once that was fixed I used another script, AVS, which is the exact same as Clip-Share, and oh wait what do I see here (arvixe. com/clipshare_hosting), once again advertised as being READY TO USE! Oh and what problem do I have? You guessed it, a missing module! Once again I submitted a support ticket (#ZSH-340-48721) – 2 days now with NO response! I went into support 4-5 times and each time I was told a senior admin was looking into it – strange to have no response then! Then finally when I said I want to cancel they said they escalated my ticket last night to the “highest level”, here’s a direct response:

We want to share about Arvixe Hosting problems . Currently last 2 day their server shut down and they dont answer their phone call and email support too .
Actually it is not first issue . We realize a week ago 28.09.2015 one of our demo site there is some ready theme files deleted from Arvixe side (12 zip file ) . After this we waited what is going on there and last 2 day when can not reach to server and panel we want to share about it community for warn who use Arvixe hosting.
